We are now entering an exciting scale-up phase and are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to help us accelerate our growth in the Nordic market.

Position Overview
We are looking for a commercially strong and relationship-oriented sales professional who thrives in complex B2B sales environments. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and working closely with presales and delivery teams to help customers solve real business challenges related to cost management and digital transformation.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative selling, long sales cycles, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels – from engineers and project managers to executives and C-level.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and develop long-term customer relationships, primarily in the Nordics
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closing
- Identify and understand customer business challenges related to cost management, profitability, and PLM
- Collaborate closely with presales and technical experts to create compelling, value-based solutions
- Position and sell solutions within the Siemens PCM / Teamcenter portfolio
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with company growth targets
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and provide feedback to internal teams
- Represent ET Advisory professionally in meetings, events, and partner interactions

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Based in Sweden, preferably in the Stockholm area
- Experience working with complex B2B offerings (software, consulting, or technical solutions)

Experience
- 3–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consulting sales
- Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, PLM, engineering tools, or consulting services is a strong merit
- Used to engaging with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience with long sales cycles and value-based selling
- Comfortable working in a scale-up or entrepreneurial environment
- Self-driven and capable of structuring your own work and pipeline
